In your 90 minute goal-setting session, we'll identify your challenge, starting with the big picture then honing in on specific habits that will help you reach your goal(s). From there, I'll help you find your ultimate why to ignite your journey. I provide guidance and accountability every step of the way.

During the 60 minute coaching sessions we begin by sharing gratitude and/or celebrations, remembering your goal and ultimate why, reviewing the assignments from the previous week, then discuss successes, changes and any obstacles. Finally, we will lay out a clear plan to establish what you'll work on before your next session.

A few years ago I decided to take the plunge and make significant life changes

because  I was not living my best life. At the end of the day I was frustrated,

dissatisfied, unfulfilled, and not serving my life's purpose. So how did I make this

change?

 

Through evaluation, goal setting, and accountability I shifted gears and started

down a new path to live my best life. 

 

I want to inspire and empower other women to take control and make the necessary
changes 
to live their best life. 

I use my deep listening skills to build trust, to hear the unsaid, and pull those

thoughts into a clear action plan to address the issue.

I am trained in the Cognitive Coaching method and previously coached elementary

educators for 10 years. I have always been an avid learner of personal development

and look forward to using this learning to support other women.

I'm a Colorado native who loves all things Colorado!  Being outside with my family

and friends, walking, bicycling, skiing, and playing volleyball are some of my favorite

activities. I also enjoy traveling to the mountains and the beach.
